Fees and Commissioning Rates
Most placements are funded by local authorities under statutory commissioning frameworks. Privately funded placements are also welcomed with published charging bases.
Local Authority Placements
Commissioned Placements
Rates are agreed directly with commissioning authorities through their dynamic purchasing systems (DPS) and framework arrangements.
- • Invoicing is monthly in arrears unless specified otherwise
- • Transport is arranged and funded separately by the commissioner
- • Fully costed proposal provided within 5 working days of referral
Direct Family Funding
Privately Funded Places
For families funding a placement directly. Fully inclusive of planned curriculum, teaching, pastoral regulation, and internal progress tracking.
- • Transparent termly and annual fee schedules
- • Clear notice periods matching our Charging Policy (ZS-POL-31)
- • Baseline assessment included in placement agreement
If funding is currently in dispute
If your local authority has initially declined to name or fund a specialist placement, this is a common situation. We can provide you with formal provision mapping and diagnostic evidence for EHCP annual reviews or tribunal appeals.
