Statutory Powers We Work Under

Section 19, Education Act 1996:

Suitable education for children unable to attend mainstream by reason of exclusion, illness or otherwise.

Section 39, Children and Families Act 2014:

Consultation on naming our school in an EHCP. We respond within the statutory 15 calendar days.

Section 22, Children Act 1989:

Looked-after children admissions with designated PEP contribution and virtual school tracking.

Fair Access Protocols:
